What more they want other than the recently published supercomputer multidata analytical results from Harward that triclycerides are prime reason for heart problems! This is on top of mounting experimental/clinical evidences coming out everyday. Just forking on their 'gold standard' and that too is going to come out with flying colors from R-It.

You where right, at least partially, FDA got this wrong because of ignorance...however they ignored science by using NO science to rescind Anchor. I completely agree with your opinion on SPA rescindment and feel that Amarin should continue appeal to top FDA officials. They dropped the appeal and assumed FAdA would start playing by the rules.

So FDA is not

a science based organization but instead a political based organization.

The are marching lock-step with the political party line of supporting the "Affordable" Care Act, no matter what.

Makes sense since the IRS and EPA are doing the same thing.

With the ACA dumbing down the medical industry, which includes pushing people to but generics instead of name brand drugs like Vascepa.
