This is from the CBAI SEC FILINGS. Matt signed a 10-QSB 6/30/2003 -6/30/2004 on 8/23/2004. The last document Matt signed was 2/12/2012, and the first for Joe was 5/2012. I may be wrong on the exact dates, but they are pretty close. tonym long
