Hilarious as if any outcome is guaranteed in the first place, but the point is other than a temporary pump and dump again like 2012 there isnt anything here to increase and sustain price. For 5 years this has produced NOTHING in profit. It has in fact accrued 18 million in losses as the last disclosure provided. It hasnt provided an AUDITED financial in years now and isnt even registered to the SEC.

But what is even more amusing is the idea that someone would short this stock for profit in the first place and the concept as if it is "easy' and affordable to do so. Lets look at what it would really require to do so:

1. Availability, there has to be shares available to short in the first place, the borrow on OTC securities is often limited and in the case of YIPI it is a scant 30,000 shares currently available. So a whole $9300 in a position to take here. I am pretty certain there are some longs that quite easily have larger positions here.

2. Initial Margin, got to have a margin account to short a stock, requires a minimum $25,000 in equity.

3. Regulation T requirements, Federal regulations on Margin requirements for stock under $4.

4. FINRA, Rule 4210 sets additional margin requirements for OTC securities at $5 an under.

5. Maintenance Margin, at $2.50 per share borrowed, so $75,000 if one were to borrow all 30,000 shares.

6. Daily Interest, varies per day and can be as high a 300% on high demand securities.

7. Supplemental Margin, required on OTC securities when trading through Interactive Brokers, 102% of the principal borrowed, so yet another $9500 must be set provided up front before the borrow can occur.

So with just these FACTS involved, the idea is that someone is going to borrow $9300 in stock to short, for a return of $7800 if the stock were in fact to drop .26. Never mind the maximum profit they could ever realize is $9300 if the stock dropped to .0031.

They will have to come out of pocket for essentially $100,000 for the entire period of time to realize that drop, which is eating profit in what is called "DECAY" for each day they hold the position because of Interest. They will also have to avoid a sudden pump effort, which could induce significant losses. The stock will also have to avoid an ILLIQUID trading environment as well, which currently this turd is ILLIQUID.

The trader would take on so many risks and lose use of equity for a significant trading period all to realize a gain of $7300. $100,000 tied up for what could be months to just realize a whopping $7300 in profits before commission and interest.... Yeah, not going to happen. The short Interest here is minimal for that very reason 29,000 shares as of the last report, but none of which is an actual short position taken against the security.

Not since May has there been an FTD and there isnt much to talk about in that regard. Showing no actual shorting of this security. Those are the FACTS when it comes to shorting this crap stock, it isnt happening and it is documented.
