#7883 RE: Brophtron #7876

Reacher, can you promise me that you'll read the 10-K and all the pertinent documents?

haha brophtron I did read the entire 10-k when it came out, unfortunately I did not memorize it and should have read it more then once.

You are right it is a 15 year agreement.

I also continued to read the agreement and some other agreements. I came to the conclusion that JAMN fully depends on the success on the Marley name as well as the actual product quality and pricing.

The licensing agreement with 56 Hope Road is first and foremost the most important agreement they have in place as they licensed the 'Marley Coffee' name to JAMN.

The Mother Parker's agreement actually pays JAMN $.04 fee per Kcup and $.06 fee per Blue Mountain Kcup and MP pays this in monthly installments.

They don't have enough cash to finish the fiscal year, so until they get more funding it's kind of a moot point. They've also lowered projections from 20 million to 17 million; they'll do closer to 12 million and I don't think they'll have a break-even quarter.

The only thing that JAMN really needs cash for is to pay its 25 employees. They won't ever have a problem raising money when they need it because the business is not a lost cause and so Rohan and family will not simply let it fail. That's why you see Rohan utilizing the Bob Marley social media pages to market promos with Marley Coffee. The more risk Rohan and family take in opening shops in South Korea using their own money, then the more coffee JAMN will sell and sell. It is also why you see Rohan utilizing the likes of celebrities to help him market the Marley Coffee brand.

What's in it for Rohan to do any such thing? He already has the rights to the Marley name; JAMN has no actual assets; Rohan owns the farm and sells coffee on the side. What, exactly, does he gain by combining the companies to include people who own shares in this public company when he can just do it on his own?

Remember - I've been following this company a lot longer than you have. Go back and read my posts here.

It's not just Rohan. The whole family is involved because of the 56 Hope Road agreements. If the family really wanted to capitalize in the future, couldn't they just come out with an IPO for 56 Hope Road and merge all of their smaller private companies into it?

When did you start following JAMN? I have been reading comments on this message board for 4 years. Two years ago i opened an account and only just recently decided to start writing on this forum.
