Grubb & Ellis used to be huge for commercial property leasing/sales in SiliValley back in the '90s. They were dominant. They even did residential (butt were far less dominant.) I wondered why they seemingly disappeared from their dominant spot.

Well, some of the KEYO shareholders are convinced their stock will be magically transformed into NK stock when NK IPOs this week. They're in for a disappointment.
