Good on you for sticking with it. I've had a number of Cox recommendations for years now (since beginning 2012) as well, and am likewise well in the red on those except for Inovio (though even that has retraced significantly from its breakout in 2013). The big stinker, as Drano also knows well, has been CIGX/STSI/RCPI. Even now it keeps making fresh lows. Ah well. This run in AVXL is certainly helping to ease the pain, but it will have to do a lot more to fully erase mine.
I do think the Cox recommendations have been spot on regarding the science (his main emphasis all along), and he's probably right that eventually, after all these years, many of them will succeed financially, too. Hopefully AVXL will turn out to be the first huge one.
