They can't open cafes - the licensing agreement prohibits it! And if another party opens cafes in South Korea, why wouldn't they do the same thing in the US?

JAMN is supposed to have worldwide licensing rights to the name Marley Coffee, yet another company has opened cafes using the name, making money.
