There is an effort underway on an Automotive site which is gathering financial support. Some people have already pledged some support for Fred's legal fees. I am sure this prosecution will be stopped in it's tracks. IMO If this does go to trial. All the information submitted for the defense will become public knowledge. The focus of the case in the press will be on Steve Saleen not Fred. There is a lot of factual information regarding Steve's management of Saleen which will probably be blasted all over the Automotive magazines, Blogs and other media outlets. What's left of Steve's image will be destroyed. If Saleen is still in business by then, the stock will take another hit and the automotive enthusiast investors will stay away from SLNN as will any Angel Investor or White Night. The case just does not make any sense for Saleen.
