If only valuation were simple as that...

There are lot of examples of bio techs (especially bio techs and fewer non bio techs) that have defied the laws of gravity, logic and reason as they spiked beyond everybody's expectations, both on Wall Street and Main Street. There is no written or state rule that dictates movement of share price.

To give a non-biotech example, take a look at TSLA (TESLA) when it was idling in the 30s and then in just 6 months it moved closer to 200. I had LEAPS and was lucky to havemade decent money, just short of a 250K, on an initial investment of 10K in options.

I would not put a number on pps of AVXL - a cocktail of factors, and the magnitude of some important ones among them can take the pps to levels beyond anyone's realm of imagination.
