I really hope he was honest with you to. The truth behind RS is 95% of the companies that do it drop 90% in PPS within 3 months of the RS. If they are to prevent this they will have to produce an 8K within a couple days of the RS,that will draw in investors. I guess we will find out this week. We could be in the 5%.
