$MSPC: I had a long discussion with a gentleman name Oscar from the company.Since i am holding a huge chunk of MSPC.I was trying to find out about my investment.His statement were...
After the RS ....the OS will be 4 million
Few CD will be...additional 5 to 6 million
So the total OS will be around +/- 10 million.
Question was...Why AS increased to 10 Billion?
Answer was...We have few things in the pipeline,which we will issue preferred shares.In order to issue preferred shares we need reserve.
Question was...That means more dilution coming?When the preferred shares starts converting?
Answer....No they will not convert.It will be converted to an equity deal in later days ...most likely after two years.

Now...If it is true then we are in a good position here.But if he was just trying to make me happy.....I will be very upset.
