I believe he is referring to Marley Beverage Company which is private. It seems that they offer drinks that contain coffee as well as iced tea drinks. Not sure if it would be a conflict of interest but why wouldn't all of these drinks be under the Jammin Java or Marley Coffee name?

It's right in the 10-K report.

The final audited financial statements included herein differ from those prior projections because of subsequent adjustments made to the financials as part of the audit process, including changes to revenue due to moving certain revenues from the fourth quarter of 2015 to the first quarter of 2016, due to various reasons including that we were unable to ship products because of bad weather in the northeast (approximately $300,000) and the reduction of approximately $277,000 of revenue which related to coffee sold directly from the Marley Coffee, Ltd., instead of the Company.

So $277K of revenue that everyone thought was going to be in the report really came from one of Rohan's private companies. And that's just the amount that was found - who knows how much coffee Rohan has sold on the side that we don't know about! It's a private company, so we'll never know, but it's a conflict of interest to do that.
