We can verify the count of Saleen depositor's as they file lawsuits to recover their down payments and the information becomes public. Or we can wait for this same information to be disclosed during the discovery process in the upcoming Fred case. IMO - I would expect that Fred will subpoena all the Saleen customer's who put down deposits and have not received their tuned cars or their deposits back. They will make good character witnesses and I am sure that each of their stories about how they trusted Steve when they wrote those checks will be interesting to the judge.
