No Revenue: No reported revenue through March of 2015. We have now idea if they have received rev in the last 4 months.

No sales pipe line (companies share on pipe line potentials)

What do you mean by no sales pipe line and companies share on pipe line potentials??? We have no idea if they have had sales since the last 10Q (March of 2015)

No Strategy:

BB outlined his strategy during the last radio interview.

Validian has many investors who believe in the company and several large investors supporting it. These large investors would not be putting money into a company that had no product or no potential. Multimillionaires are, for the most part, not throwing money away.

PR's were for Channel partners not investors.
