What does it matter if you or someone else feels that tactics used are honest or not, after all it's an opinion and everyone may differ.
It's a done deal and nothing changes that.
Most people have had enough with talk about TGC or HENC management after the TGC AGM, all I care about now is drilling and how to achieve it, everything else is noise. I think most people here feel the same way...

cougar- I have answered your question at least three times. Yes I have no problems with anyone using a straw man or proxy buyer. It is done all of the time. This is the last I want to hear about this.

I simply repeated the story as how it went down as told to me by two different sources who to my knowledge had no reason to make up the same story. I first heard it at early in the year when it was suppose to go down with Rex, and again recently. Until a couple of months ago, a few months after I heard the story I thought it was still going down that way. Only when TGC cancelled the FIA did I realize the deal fell apart.

Until the FIA was canceled, I probably spent 5 minutes a month on HENC. A luxury I have because I do trust management. I only started weighing in here at the time of the Proxy fight because I knew the quickest way we would get a well drilled was with new TGC Management. It didn't happen, so live with it for now.

So, frankly I could care less whether you want to believe what happened or not.

Here is some advice for all who want to beat up on HENC for past history. If you are ever going to make any serious money in the market there is an old adage that you all better follow; "You can't trade the market you want, you must trade the market you have". It is what it is with HENC. No amount of bitching is going to change it. HENC is ready to pay for the drilling when TGC gets them proper AFE's. If there is any further delays, go over to the the TNVMF board and complain.
