Author’s reply » I bought a bunch of Anavex 2 days ago - at market price - and before I did that, I did my DD. There isn't any issue in the US. Anavex has complete rights to the patents that have been signed off by Dr Maurice.
Again, just wait another day for my article to see a discussion on global implications etc. I invested in this company, so I want to know everything about it, positive, negative, everything. And this isn't much of a negative.
