So should we contact BMA/Attorney? This is beyond ridiculous.

If he says they are playing games, I am assuming he has finally realized they aren't going to approve it.

Like I mentioned before, he won't be able to sue FINRA, and if for some chance he does, the shareholders once again are left high and dry as FINRA would only be fined as they can't proof harm to us.
