You had planned on spending money buying back these CD's. If they have refused to bargain, why are you not spending the same amount of money in the open market to buy shares.

They have massively increased their conversion rate by bringing it down from .0005 to .0003. Sitting on the bid soaking those shares would of prevented that. Its probably to late now anyway.......

Haha, yeah, some shady stuff going on, but it seems like today there was enough selling short to cover the rest of the note. I'm guessing you'll be getting an email request to issue ~90M shares today or tomorrow and that will put the balance to about zero, depending on the conversion price. It will be good to move on from this finally.

I'm a shareholder and really appreciate the transparency.

Well now that is interesting.

There was a notable increase in activity on the board starting late Friday and all through the weekend. So I suppose that if one were to go back through and note the users who showed up out of the blue and started posting, one could get a rough idea of who might be working for some of those brokers/toxic lenders...

I think I'll go do that now for future reference ;)
