He never said you don't own the stock but until we let them move through the process of getting back on the stock has no value. No one will sell your shares at this point.

You say

What does that legally mean as a shareholder? Means you own stock pretty much that's worthless. Some of you bought shares in the open market, others have restricted or unrestricted certificates with or without legends. You can do what the all of our monthly statements and certificates at this point? Yeah use them to line the bottom of my cat's litter box.

But you can't tell me that owning a stock in a public company whose trading has been suspended that that stock has meaning. The only recourse is to go through the process and wait...wait...wait.
