Yes Matthew! Good answer! The conversions never happened on the maturity dates! That poses several possibilities. As a positive, there is no immediate threat of dilution from convertibles! Therefore, the next question is what happened? Did Margrit pay back the funds that were drawn from the convertible loan agreements? How did she do it? Was an agreement reached with Bodie that cleared the slate of convertible notes being held by hostle toxic financers? I actually posted that theory several times when I noticed accumulation of shares starting immediately after the Bodie settlement was reached back in February/March. Perhaps the silence is a preferred transfer of shares from shaken shareholders to insiders in the know. That would explain the accumulation.. And yes, there has been accumulation since February's Bodie settlement. OBV has been too consistent since then to think otherwise. The chart clearly rules out manipulation.
