Both Veronica and I called the transfer agent. No new MRIB issues. That's not to say that they weren't already handed over out of existing shares. Maybe Margrit's. Perhaps part of the 500 million plus share dump that occurred in February. I have a hard time believing anyone would hand Margrit and MRIB $600K without some guarantee. But there are no new issues being held and there is certainly no accumulation going on. Those premium sales of volume are closed end sales. No common shareholder is benefiting from them. Just money moving from one pocket to another in the same pair of pants to give the appearance of a market and illusion of money to be made. If anyone was truly interested you'd see more action. 1.5 million shares at a 25% premium followed by maybe $100 in 3 trades. It's easy to spot. What moron buys 1.5 million shares at $.0006 and then passes on $.0004? Get real.
