Willy already announced he is looking for potential customers.. so he doesn't have a customer base.

He doesn't have any cash in the bank, according to the last 10Q...

According to the last 10Q they aren't manufacturing.. so who knows if they are at this point. Most likey NOT.

There is an empty building (most likely not TPACs)

No equipment.
