Apart from transparency, several issues are being sorted out here. Some posters do not care about these details because they don't want to know. Education is power, Knowledge is Power.

But what we have seen today is the 48K Eastmore note was bought by LG Capital and they are not converting that. But where was this 48K in the 10Q???

Same with this 64K note, Not in the 10Q.

Sure BC has an answer, and the board should get a clarification.
