Will happen - SEC charges in the securities fraud at AEGY/SKTO

The SEC suspended them to protect investors, then later the company admits there is a formal investigation underway.

The SEC doesn't suspend and the widen their investigation unless there is some serious fraud involved. No wonder AEGY stopped filing anything......
