I don't understand how anyone can be the slightest bit optimistic at this point unless you have information that nobody else knows, which I'm sure the SEC would not like.
With the limited info known to the general public unless the China deal comes through or some other major deal comes through how can you be optimistic? We have been suspended, we have who knows how many billion share out there, no money to even pay lawyers, promised deals that never come to fruition, an untimely new product PR with zero sales and no comment from the company. I'd be thrilled to have Savi pull themselves out of this but how?
