For the first time in a long while, KBLB posted a definitive timeline for the Spider Sense Newsletter....the 29th....

Lo and behold, it's here.

True enough, that deadline was met. However, that's a pretty low bar for a met deadline as that newsletter didn't take a lot of effort, unlike lab work or business dealings which represent the types of things KBLB severely underestimated timewise in the past.

I do truly hope you're right and KBLB starts making realistic deadlines and hitting them, but I don't think a self-prescribed deadline on a form-Newsletter cobbled together from 3-4 PRs sets Kim up as a changed communicator that some will make him out to be.

"We are in talks with" or "We want to be in XYZ markets" does not mean that they're in any advanced stage of negotiations, and given KBLB's communication history, must be considered as non-material at this point as ANYONE can say those things.

In my opinion, if they hadn't made the release of this newsletter something to count down to and rather had just released it without pre-mentioning it, I may not have been so critical. However, this experience jibes much better with 'Old Kim' than 'New Kim', to me.

I, like you, welcome 'New Kim' whenever he may decide to show up and communicate clearly and with concrete information. Silence would be better than this, and I have always said this when PRs contain no material information.
