Below is information that was in one of their PR's and it is the same as the information above. The above message was released under the DGLV symbol when they acquired WGE Enterprises LTD. With both PR's it is almost clear that they acquired Mulligan's.

WGE Enterprises Ltd is a holding company in the process of acquiring various assets and operating companies throughout the country. Recently, it entered into an agreement to own and operate six full-service restaurants and bars under the name of Mulligan’s Beach House Bar and Grill. The restaurants are located in Florida.

This is the only information I could find in ref. to their owning Mulligan's.
