Just talked to Robert Stevens and he stated he knew they had a letter of intent but no additional information. He suggested I call Scott Lawler the sole director of WGE but I was unable to reach him by phone so I sent him the following email:

Good afternoon Scott,
I am currently a share holder of WGEE and as with other share holders we are concerned about the lack of information about the current and future of WGE Holdings. Any information you could provide about the future and mainly the progress of Mulligan's would be greatly appreciated.

Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

Here is one other item I found in another PR:

We have entered into an agreement to own and operate six full-service restaurants and bars, all located in
