Strike, It is more than just JJ's stalling. He continues to attempt to obstruct progress and along with Claro their greed factor is off anyone's chart.
When commodities were at their peak he was putting together faux deals that had zero merit and at that time he had all the power, complete power.
I am giving this deal about another six months and then if nothing positive happens I will be OUT.
Some people make money when the markets go down... not that I do or ever have... but just saying...
They always bound back though... timing is key and not an easy feat...
All we can do is wait and see how it plays out... There's nothing that points to JJ costing us a lot of money... we won't have the answer to that ... not until all the facts are in and all the contract terms are met...
