I never seriously entertained the probability of JJ deliberately sabotaging deals in favor of diluting the share structure in order to keep the ATM going.
You'd think someone of my advanced age would know better.
Better late than never..
I could live with "pie in the sky" deal making, but the thought of setting up these "faux deals" as you describe them makes me feel ill. Your premise could be correct. A shrewd attorney like JJ would never seriously consider a man like Ulander to be above suspicion.
If this is true, shame on me for being fooled and shame on this man for treating his loyal North American "friends" in such a way.
Six months sounds about right. Who has the stomach for more than an additional twenty-five "next weeks?"

I am giving this deal about another six months and then if nothing positive happens I will be OUT.

Everyone owns their personal investment/divestment decisions and I appreciate how frustrating the wait is, but I offer this:

If the six month timeframe is arbitrary, I'd suggest reconsidering, unless the opportunity cost is too high. The real timeframe is 24 months. The insiders still have millions of free shares to sell, and knowing JJ he can't be counted on doing the right thing until the last possible minute.

It is beyond obvious that nothing is going on in Chile. This will continue until the impasse is resolved, or Auryn walks. Given the players involved and the miserable macroeconomic situation metal mining companies find themselves in, I'll give either option a 50% likelihood.

Count on PPS staying where it is or even sinking lower over the next six months unless something drastic and unexpected happens. Riding this out until the option terminates is probably the only real choice, as the difference between $0.025 and $0.00 isn't that great.

On the other hand, if you just can't take this nonsense anymore, no one would blame you if you exited this winter. Life is too short to waste it watching scoundrels and liars.
