You can imagine the lawsuits that they will face if they are doing so. That is a suicidal move I.e. Depress the SP while trying to take the company private. As written in here million times, McGann does not care and if this is the reaction after another good sale (which even takes up their 84% market share higher) then one can imagine that direction is pretty terrible under this management style. Best stock to control, depress the SP as no one in the management BoD gives a s...I don't know how much but McGann should have plenty of millions from his previous sale, forget about buying shares, he has not even lent money to the firm when The CFO was doing so. He is a great scientist, excellent COO but not a public company CEO.
