My opinion now, is that IMSC is headed to “Going Private”.
How else can you explain the deafening silence and lack of promotion with all the good news coming our way?
Keeping mum is a safe course.... silence can't come back to haunt you. The current status-quo could buy time while you marshall buy-out financing and, with possibly an even lower SP?
The stock price is much too low, but it is the stock price. The “Value” of the stock is much higher in my opinion. ...and “true value" is what must be unleashed.
After going private, if any current impediments to stock price appreciation are relieved then the SP will appreciate accordingly. Sadly, the current stockholders will be on the outside-looking-in.
