Yes. I do agree with other Analysts that at $21 per shares; it is valuating Micron as cheap. If Micron is interested in selling, then they may counter Tsinghua Unigroup with a $27-29 valuation IMO. Either way, this is a buy/hold as P/E 5-6 and stock dropped 45% YTD. MU's Revenues for fiscal year 2014 were $16.36 billion and net income attributable to Micron shareholders was $3.05 billion, or $2.54 per diluted share. Cash flows from operations were $5.70 billion for fiscal year 2014.

All these are pointing that MU will rebound when PC industry picks up. I'm seeing it recover as Windows 10 release this Fall. BUY/HOLD GLTYA!
