LOLOL!! Haven't you seen all the TV commercials about it? You'd think it was as common as springtime allergies.

An actor cries. And then he laughs. He says solemnly, "I'm an actor. I can control laughter and tears. But people with pseudobulbar affect can't…."

Can those of us who aren't actors always control laughter? I know I've been guilty of inappropriate not-so-stifled giggles more than once. Should I see a doctor?
