and maybe there is no proof,

but correct me if I'm wrong..

when new mgt took over (how long has it been? almost a year?) we had several great News Releases and during that time (especially a few months back)there was a period of 2-3 months of trading in very high millions of shares traded at 0001 which must have
counted up to a few hundred million shares? Correct? That's a lot of shares, who has that many?

So if the company was not selling those shares, where did they come from?

And why would Mr. K throw his company into DKGR if not to raise money? Did he just say here take it, I don't need anything in return?

I would think so he could sell some shares and expand the business, which it looks like it worked?

am I missing something?

Just my logic.
