There's 4 billion shares out a few hundred million is not that much. Plus it's only 10 grand per 100 million. Again not that much. It's very possible new buyers came and bought shares from old tired of waiting shareholders. Share structure didn't change during that time that we know of.

The O/S increased substantially to 4.4b last fall (2014) when Peter (past management) cashed in his 2b preferred shares and left.

From the Nov 12, 2014 news release:

"On another note, one of our preferred shareholders has under 2% of his holdings remaining. The conversion and sale of those shares may have put pressure on the market as it was sold to various third parties."

A few days later, the selling stopped and the O/S has remained the same since. A/S has not increased either.

The very occasional big volume days since, IMO, were impatient shareholders getting bored and moving on. Got out on news and new shareholders entered. Few months later, good news, another big volume day, impatient shareholders got out, new ones entered...
