Current SS is:

A little over 27 mill O/S
200 mill A/S

A quick look at the 6 month chart & you'll come to the same conclusion as most of us. This has been most likely diluted close or to its max A/S.

No preferred or super shares, so they would have to have a vote of common share holders to raise A/S.

This is locked up, hope this helps you.
