He's got no deal. The evergreen thing has been shown to be another sham attempt to move off $.0001 that failed.

He's maxed out the O/S and is probably increasing the A/S in another state while he's dark.

Sells as a result of average trades concurrently repurchased, 1,939,000,000 shares "confirmed," and likely closer to 3.9 to 4 billion shares (based on volume) following the 1.939 billion repurchase disclosed in quarter-ending, September 30, 2014 financials and press release intention to repurchase more shares released April 9th.



It's a company share repurchase plan, not a "disaster," as suggested! ;-)
