Glad we agree that it's all speculation since RIGH has GONE DARK!

Now let's get to the meat.
Angel has run a pump and dump for years, every PR has been shown to be bullshit and the latest "share repurchase" scam has been a disaster - money to insiders, more shares to dump on retail.
He's issued so many shares that the fully diluted OS is 65 billion and insiders hold 90% of the vote.
He's promoted every tiny piece of possible good news, including his bullshit deal with evergreen, who no one can show even exists outside facebook.

Now you believe he's gone dark because he has good news, or he's negotiating, but really? If it were good news, or could be construed as good news, you know he'd have issued a dozen PRs by now. And if he's negotiating? c'mon, since when does that cause a company to stop filing? A simple footnote of the status would be fine.

Here's the reality - he doesn't want anyone to know share structure, toxic funding and other disasters for shareholders.

But EVERYONE knows. Hence the stock price and volume. ;-);-)
