We have huge catalysts ahead. Accumulate as much as you can imo.

Bill wants the stock up to where it was before and wants original investors to regain their investment imo. Bill wants to make a lot of things right and we're at the bottom. With no more toxic debt, there's no reason for a reverse split - so to summarize, we're at the bottom with big updates ahead.
