Funny, this ticker is dead in water without shares to sell. Their whole 'business' is selling shares, now that there's no BID, what next? Hopefully 'management' understands their incompetence and puts this ticker up on the market for better people to pursue.
Can you imagine how quickly any buying pressure would have been destroyed with dilution with their last PR? They would have tried to dump 4 billion shares into that bogus LOI. We'd still be at no BID, that's for sure.
