250 minutes per month divided by 4 weeks in a month = about 62 minutes a week. I agree with Bannister that one hour a week would be a short time on the phone at these rates based on the close knit families from Brazil and South America/Mexico that I have known.

250 minutes X $.06 = $15.00 (GTE is $14.95/month) so, any minutes beyond 250 would be free with GTE and $.06/minute with the other service. Of course, less than 250 minutes, and the other service is a better deal. docS
