She'll keep doing this as long as there are new gullible investors who think this is a rare penny stock with an actual product, and actual income, and pay no attention to the constant and massive dilution.
Why people don't realize that you can have 50% sales increases every year, and if you are increasing the share count by 200% or 500%, those shares are simply going to be worth less, I don't know.
It's pretty basic math.
She's very slick, and likely lives pretty well, off of the hopes and dreams of the little investors she is stealing from.
