What I find so interesting in all this is Apple's concern for GTAT. Now I know $400M+ owed to Apple may be of some interest to them but in the grand scheme of things relative to the size of their pocket this is a drop in their big bucket.
So why are they so interested in the survival of this company? Are they afraid they will not get paid the amount they are owed or are they after something else other than the company itself?
Did they anticipate this conflict of interest coming with the DIP criteria?
GTAT should be able to steer around this. More info would be nice to validate the need for funds at this time to calm our interest holder's questions to "why we need the funds now?".
This is getting more interesting and hopefully Monday will reveal some answers.
