Now the way I see it, if Nanobeak is a totally new entity, why did Jeremy type in 6 years at Nanobeak that would put Nanobeak in the MSGI spin off time, and as a holder of MSGI, I didn't get any Nanobeak shares yet ,of course it is privately held still, the MSGI shareholders still should get a piece of the private Nanobeak pie , that was a spin off of MSGI,that is why I never will sell MSGI shares.
