You see the 10q posted july 15th (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GRPS/filings). That was first filed as an attorney letter. So I guess John saw the mistake (attorney letter) and corrected it to 10q. Anyway, I suppose attorney letter will follow soon.

RLS note due next month. 300 million shares @ 0001 or JO has to pay up.

b. In August 2014, the Company entered into a promissory note with RLS Premiere
Financial, LLC (RLS) in the original principal amount of $30,000. The note has a twelve month
term and is convertible into shares of common stock of the Company at the election of RLS at a
rate of $0.0001 per share.

Golf, Its likely 200 watts per panel (the average for the industry) not for the total 20,000 foot application. Not sure what size each panel is but assuming a solar roof SIP could be 4x8 to adapt nicely to existing framing although standard framing doesn't apply to new construction with SIPs and could be much larger 4x24. Just an educated guess. DTMike
