Just the facts:

1) VLDI the company has one employee….Bruce Benn any team of programmers or consultants (if they exists) are job shoppers.

4) It was just a statement of how many shares have been printed over an 8 year period, did not say whether or not that was good or bad, just reported the facts.
5) Have sent him 5 emails and called 4 times in the last 4 weeks, no response to either.
6) Can’t speak directly to Bruce, have tried.
