I hate partial fills, but AON orders have their own problems a lot of the time. If they're only doing partial fills at the ask though they must be getting low on shares, especially in light of you and Doc's buys the other day that got filled in like 50 different small batches...

Maybe CDEL is trying to hold it down until the certs come in the mail, otherwise would have to cover to avoid a T+3 violation?
