You do realize Jerry has thrown everything and the kitchen sink and the PPS has not budged...until investors find out if/how many more shares Jerry has issued they will be reluctant to keep contributing their hard earned money into a possible pennystock scam....unaudited quarterly financials will not do much to move the PPS either, as its contents Will simply be a reflection of how creative the writing team is at the time of conception....The price is not moving because there simply is no Buying pressure, Just look at that volume. The only people still holding this dog are those who bought in the .20's and high teens. Some are just very optimistic, others don't realize that it's better to lose some than to lose everything.

But your analysis and prognosis does not mention or include the possibility of a significantly larger AS, OS, and convertible note and restriction schedule.

Yes, what if they have large sales, limited losses, but end up showing an expanded AS (say billions) and increased OS (say billion), would that override the benefit of the high sales and limited losses? And perhaps on the nice side, is that the stock has been high enough that it may not have needed such large share increases to fund it's activities as other stocks that do so when share price is ~0.0001-0.001 requiring zillions of shares to result in any sizeable amount of money.
