Because from my experience when people post misleading information stocks tend to fall. Everyone posting they have updated the share structure as if it is current today when it actually hasn't been updated since the patent PR is misleading and will hurt the stock over the next few days after uneducated buyers purchase shares on the hype and then realize that they have been mislead and sell at the bid.
